DISCOVERY CALL
We hop on a call to get to know you, your needs, and your road trip goals. This is where we swap ideas, toss around timelines, and see if we vibe.
ESTIMATE + SCOPE
We’ll send you a rough scope of work with a cost estimate, based on what you want, what you need, and what’s realistic for your budget.
Transparency’s our thing. No surprise costs. Ever.
LOCK IT IN
Once you're ready to go, we sign a service agreement, take a deposit, and get your van in the queue. This is the part where it starts to feel real.
BUILD PHASE
We get to work! Depending on the scope, this can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. You’ll get regular updates and progress photos.
FINAL WALK THROUGH
When your van’s ready, we’ll do a full walkthrough to show you how everything works and make sure it all feels just right. Any tweaks or adjustments? We handle it.
